Trump's SHOCKING move reveals TRIAL STRATEGY - Talking Feds
In a shocking move, former President Trump meandered from the course and chose not to seek removal for his Fulton County case. This comes after Trump's former chief of staff tried, and failed, to have his case moved to federal court.
Federal court may have offered a slightly favorable jury pool but would have been overseen by an Obama-appointed judge. Trump's January 6th case will proceed in state court with Judge McAfee presiding over the case. - 09/29/2023.
