the city lawyers should take him to court. He resigned because he knew he was about to be fired and he wanted to keep his benefits. This man is no justice warrior he became a criminal once he committed the crime. Just like all those people, some may be innocent, he had (an personally) arrested. If they were arrested by the law this person should also be arrested by the law...
