He said he couldnt stop this money from being spent and it had to be spent on the wall. Biden is not in favor of the wall.

I like that Hartmann calls it chess, not checkers; my theory is that it's also a way to move the 8 House Repubs a bit closer to bipartisan voting with Dems on House speaker -- perhaps overturning P01135809's candidate tool.
