Jack Smith pushes back on Trump's attempt to move his documents trial until AFTER the 2024 election

Special Counsel Jack Smith just filed his opposition to Donald Trump's motion to move his classified documents trial until AFTER the 2024 presidential election.

The only remaining question is: will Trump-appointed Judge Aileen Cannon cater to the president who appointed her to the federal bench by moving the trial 14 months down the road? - Glenn Kirschner - 10/09/2023.
