Poland election: Governing right-wing party fails to secure majority



The governing right-wing Law and Justice party in Poland has secured the most votes in the country's general election - but looks to have failed to secure a majority.

It means the opposition coalition led by former European Council president Donald Tusk is waiting in the wings hoping to oust the ruling party.
