When the Government steps in with mandates that everyone must follow, most people will do it. They are just looking for leadership! The problem is that the special interests will always be looking at their short term. Enforcement will have to be well funded and impartial. We are already in deep shite and our Government is mostly owned by special interests so I am not optimistic about our future.
