... 20-something guy is watching the vid with his grandma. At one point where the camera pans the audience, she bursts out "Oh my God, that's me!"

Well, she never saw the vid of the show before, I guess she didn't know she'd be in it.

seeing Elvis Presley on the Ed Sullivan show and wondering why all the girls were screaming and acting so crazy. Years later, when I saw these guys on the Ed Sullivan show I remember thinking, Oh! That's why all those girls were screaming!

I was 18, in college, and totally awe-struck by the Beatles. They came along at just the perfect time to lift everyone's spirits after the horror of JFK's assassination less than three months earlier.

But I bet a dollar I watched it - or, at least, was in the room when it was on. My mom loved the Beatles (until she got crazy religious). I would have been 2 months old that day.
