But before we hear this and go there (to the story), I only heard of this person today on Marc MARON's podcast, from his guest director William FRIEDKIN, who said he has listened to this person's recording of BEETHOVEN's 5th about a hundred times. Google says he's ranked as the #1 conductor of the century, with Lenny being #2. Hmm...
