my Uncle was a chemistry student in the early 70's at Eastern MI Universities Masters Program. He turned me on to Don Martin. They had a xerox copier in the library on campus. I spent a few dollars (a lot back then) xeroxing one of his books and taught myself how to cartoon collecting the others. Still draw my eyes like Don Martin. MAD Magazine was iconic. The back cover you folded to make a picture, I still have a stack of them in near mint condition.
