Put cloves into a slice of lemon
Spoonful of Demerara sugar ideally. .else white sugar
Jameson... liberal amount
All into a glass or large cup with boiling water.

I've been taking cold meds w/acetaminophen today. Adding alcohol would be bad for the liver.
The toddy recipe sounds good though.
