What a terrible time to catch a cold!

My first grandchild (a girl--Lily) is scheduled to be born tomorrow.

"Wouldn't be prudent" to go to the hospital to welcome her to the world.

In the meantime, have a hot whiskey !

Put cloves into a slice of lemon
Spoonful of Demerara sugar ideally. .else white sugar
Jameson... liberal amount

All into a glass or large cup with boiling water.

I've been taking cold meds w/acetaminophen today. Adding alcohol would be bad for the liver.

The toddy recipe sounds good though.
