Though it IS pretty utopian. But his concepts are progressive. Though...I couldn't bring myself to read the whole huge long thing in that little tiny font. But it does call for:

1. Universal income, though he is very foggy about the mechanism by which that might be achieved.
2. Abortion and birth control on demand.
