And if that didn't induce vomitting, you probably are well, again

Glad you're feeling better.

Actually, most of the time, it was decaffeinated black Lipton's tea.

Last night, I had some green tea just to shake things up.

stomach flu? Maybe that's just a generic misnomer.

Anyway - glad you are back! 👍

I had no pulmonary symptoms of any kind during my illness.

'Stomach flu' is something I talk about with my patients at least two or three times a week. I tell them there's no such thing. It can be hard to overcome life-long misconceptions.

Usually, what people call stomach flu is gastritis (nausea and vomiting) or gastroenteritis (nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea.)

in Green Bay, WI, stated there was stomach flu going around, so guess some drs. still call it the flu.

He's not doing our cause any good.

There's enough medical misinformation out there...

I'm limping around since the cat bit me on the back of my shin last week. It was only a 3/4 inch break in the skin and I thought I would be okay since it wasn't deep, but it flared up on Monday and I had a knot the size of a tennis ball so I can't put any weight on my right heel. I did go to the doctor today for antibiotics since it was oozing pus.

The cat is on double secret probation.

I have two indoor cats and two strays that I also feed. The cat that bit me needs to learn some better dining manners. Then again, he might like how I taste!

Think it was a norovirus? I got that a couple of years ago while working in a LTC center. N/V for a day and then the worst body aches of my life. Appetite took a long time to return.
