I like chicken but this recipe doesn't really taste like it. The Greek yogurt is amazing with the entree.

Most places in the US try making doner on either pita or flatbread. Berliner Doner has found a bakery that'll make proper fladenbrot, and it makes all the difference.

Finding a Döner place in the States is a chore to begin with, and to find one with the right bread is sometimes more challenging than searching for the Holy Grail.

I normally get to Seattle once or twice a year. On this year’s trip I was going to drive over in a leisurely fashion and hit my favorite barbecue shack...but with all this doner conversation I must travel there expeditiously and have doner instead. Oh well!
