That's a domestic Muskovey in the water. Looks like a wild species getting a free ride.

As usual the immigrant duck has to carry the load for the native one!

The brown duck might be a cinnamon teal, but from this angle I am not sure.

The neck ring says that isn't a teal.

May be a cross. The color pattern is all juked up.

But it's hard to make a definite ID without knowing where the picture was taken. I only have bird ID books for Eastern and Western North America and for the UK, so there are a lot of places where that reddish bird could live that I can't ID from my books.
