The flute, the trumpet, the weird percussion---I love it.

In summer 1990, it was playing on the delivery room CD player as daughter #2 took her first breath so yeah - I'll always remember this one.
#1 Son - And when I Die (BS&T)
#1 Daughter - Diamonds on the Soles of her Shoes (Paul Simon).
All three by coincidence and all three so meaningful because of it. !

Apart from this being an all time favorite of mine, a new memory was born for me from this classic album. This last spring, I had the pleasure of sitting in a cottage on the eastern coast of New Zealand with my husband and 13 year old son while a storm raged outside. We had no cell service, tv or radio and the dirt road was washed out for days. The cottage had an old stereo with a cassette player. We played this tape and my son was mesmerized. He often refers to that night, this album, this song as well as Brothers In Arms. Thanks for the memory.

One of my favorite cuts from the album.
