An update on the ongoing low level psych battle between my cubemate trumpster and I

A few weeks ago the Trumpster in my 4 man cube went to Israel on a business trip. So of course he came back with copies of the "Jerusalem Times" and other RW Israeli papers.

He leaves these various Cheeto Chancre ass kissing headlines and photos laying around his corner of the cube as a silent poke in my eye.

Well played Trumpy well played.

I can't bitch - it's easily deniable if I do bring it up - and best of all, it bugs me and he knows it.

Well when I was driving back from my last business trip I happened to stop in a Gary Indiana gas station/convenience store that carries "The Final Call" and OF COURSE I picked up a couple of back issues along with an iced tea and some pretzels

I also got a couple of bemused looks because middle aged white men probably aren't frequent buyers of the official newspaper of The Nation of Islam.

Well, I've been back in the office 2 days now AAAAAANNNNDDD I am proud to tell ya that he is freaking eyeing those papers on my desk every 5 minutes and I can feel the pressure building in him.

Here is the beauty part of the deal - I've never once mentioned or asked about his trumpaganda papers, and that means if he breaks first and brings up the Final Call, I WIN.

I realize that this is childish, I know it don't make a gnat's fart in a windstorm difference in the grand scheme of things but every time I see him eyeballing the headlines on one of these papers with his "Just smelled a turd" expressions it makes me smile

I suggest that you lay out some more substantial reading material. Copies of Mother Jones, Slate, articles in Nature and Earth magazines about climate change. Time and Newsweek, any time they have a cover ridiculing Trump. Op Ed pages from the NY Times and WaPo. Several books come to mind, such as Madelyn Albright's book on Fascism, and David Corn's book on Trump. Actually, the list is endless. If he says anything, tell him that intelligent, open-minded people read widely. And that small-minded, ignorant people refuse to read stuff that challenges their belief systems. And that's why they remain stupid, gullible, and easy prey to con men. And SURELY, you would hope that he's not a small-minded guy, because stupid, poorly educated people are soooooo tiresome.

"Antisemitism" (despite its name) does not, and never did, refer to Semitic peoples. It has also been restricted to Jewish people.

Just for example, the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem (Yasser Arafat's uncle and mentor) organized Waffen SS Troops of Arabs for Hitler as part of his Final Solution writ large. Hitler, despite his "antisemitism", restricted his hatred.
