1. There is more help in numbers, so I would like to be one of the

twenty people to work for a buck an hour. I am assuming you are providing the Solid Platinum Healthcare Insurance Package with no out of pocket expenses for anything such as copays for office visits or prescription drugs, etc..

2. Actually, it kinda works like this in Germany.

Let's say you have a 40-hour work-week at a certain fixed salary.

It's not unusual for companies to split that into smaller segments: E.g. somebody gets a 75%-contract. That's a 30-hour-week at 75% of the salary. Or a 50%-contract. That's a 20-hour week at 50% of the salary.
