Other greats of the time in my opinion were Dusty Springfield, Judith Durham of The Seekers and while I was too cool to like her at the time, Karen Carpenter had a gorgeous voice.

Prettiest stoner song ever, Lowell George was gone too soon.

Saw Little Feat open for Traffic in mid 70's. Brilliant show start to finish from both bands.

But a guy in my last squadron LOVED Linda Ronstadt - But only in Spanish.

He convinced me that she was never as good in English as she was when she sang the old Mexican songs. She sounds fantastic on this track

Have always loved her. Saw her in Minneapolis when I lived there many years ago. She wore a little Cub Scout uniform.

Such a tragedy to lose her song....

Saw her at Kent State when I was a student there in the mid 70s oh my, fantastic. So tragic that she can no longer song.

'What's New'. I'd always really liked a lot of her songs, and would often sing along, but I liked this one so much I juggled the money to buy the cassette when it came out.
