It's about three miles from my mom's and four from other relatives. Used to drive it several times a day when I lived out that way.

I'm impressed that the left wing didn't touch the center divider! And at least the other drivers didn't totally freak out and crash into each other.

Landing on a road is always dicey; there are often obstacles on the sides of the road like utility poles, signposts and trees, and you have to hope you land with enough room to avoid hitting or being hit by a car.

I don't drive that section of freeway often, usually only when I'm heading out the the casino....which is not often as I don't really gamble, but they have some good musical groups that I like to see/hear.

Anyway, that pilot did a really good job, luckily traffic was not that heavy. (I've seen it much worse).
