My computer screen is programmed to have less blue light at night.

Really cool. My screen just changed with a lower level of light and a different color. It is supposed to help prevent sleeping disturbance when the computer is used in the evening.

Does yours do this?

and it works. That is why the sky is blue - sunlight is in the wavelength of the color blue. So for thousands of years people have been programmed to get up when the blue light is present and go to bed when it isn't.

Win 10 has it built in.

Just google "f.lux" and then download.

Using keyboard shortcuts, it allows easy control of the brightness of the screen.

I use an app called f.lux. You can set it for your geographic location so the computer screen turns an orangish colour as the sun sets.

I manage the digital signage network for a company that does the patient education content for eye doctors, and we have a couple of videos about it.
