Poll: Do you say Extra Picke or Heavy Pickle?

What do you say and what region of the country do you live in? Or if you don't ever order extra pickles, which term comes to mind in your region of the country?

Is "heavy pickle" really a thing? Edited to add that I'm from Georgia and have also lived in Mississippi.

one pickle, two pickles, etc.

Heavy if it's one thing...e.g. sauce or ketchup or something like that.

I do often order extra pickles and if I'm getting an Italian sub I ask for heavy red wine vinegar.

Edit to add (for demographic purposes) I am 54 and have never lived north of the Mason Dixon line.
