"No it's not! It's black!
"Madam, I was assured at the guide dog store that this was a yellow dog. Indeed, i paid extra for a yellow dog!"
"But it's not yellow, it's black!"
"Curses! Well now I need to get on the bus to take this dog back and get a refund!"
Or maybe just the blind woman should just yell back:
"Of course it's yellow! What, are you blind??!"

(16,829 posts)I love black dogs, or dogs with a black mask. But I think that many people find it harder to read them, so they have more fear of black dogs.

(23,738 posts)Plus one of them is responsible for the name of this awesome song.
The title does not appear in the lyrics, and has nothing to do with the song itself. The band worked up the song at Headley Grange, which was a mansion in Hampshire, England. Headley Grange was out in the country, surrounded by woods. A nameless black Labrador Retriever would wander the grounds, and the band would feed it. When they needed a name for this track - which didn't have an obvious title - they thought of the canine and went with "Black Dog."

(45,528 posts)before that she had a yellow lab and a German shepherd, all female.
On our very first date, they tried to throw us out of the coffee shop because they don't allow dogs. We had to argue a bit because they have to allow service dogs. Any public establishment has to allow service dogs, including buses and taxis and all restaurants/shops, but she would never take Uber/Lyft since it is the person's own car. She avoided most liquor stores and anything with delicate stuff that might get knocked over too.
Sometimes dogs will be dogs and will do something troublesome like eat stuff that makes it sick or approach someone who is petting it(despite the no petting sign) or leave an area because someone is smoking nearby.
