I was worried at first - "Is that rail line still in use? What happens if a train is coming?"

Reading is my friend! Beautiful scenery - looks like a lot of fun - not too much work to get around obstructions.........

Until they came to a place where the tracks were destroyed. I did wonder just how much those "bikes" weigh. Did you notice the outriggers looked homemade? One of them looked like some angle iron bolted together. It wouldn't matter much just rolling along on the tracks, but hefting it over obstacles might be a pain.

Also, the scale of cycling means you can linger while looking instead of hot-footing by at 60 mph or faster.

It's just smooth sailing until you have to pick up and move over an obstacle on the tracks. But 99% of the time you're just zipping along as fast or slow as you want.
