The angle that weight is being put on the legs (normal for standing on level ground) and the angle of the legs (abnormal for standing on a slope) is not right.

The front to back distance required by the angle of the body with respect to the axis of view seems to be larger than the width of the concrete railing.

There seems to have been some attempt to place a shadow under the cat but it does not look true to life.
