And the bigger the dog is, the worse it is for them. Even 40lb frisbee dogs have a high rate of injury. This dog is close to twice that and jumping higher.

I used to have a dog (Roxie) who was really game when it came to retrieving. She would thrust herself at the ball to catch it no matter how high it went. She ultimately got a torn ACL, but from chasing a squirrel not a ball.

One thing the cops have learned about them: these dogs are SERIOUS fence-jumpers. If you put your dog in an open-top kennel, you'll never see it again.

I suspect the landings are hard. It's only a matter of time before he's injured.

I find the tape, while showing an amazing dog, is irresponsible for dog owners. Sorry, but I'm all about safety of dogs.

She's unbelievably powerful and smart as a whip. She's about 18 months old now, and there is literally no way to exhaust her energy. She does love to distance-jump onto the couch or the bed-- she really does sail through the air. I'm thinking that I want to try swimming next-- she can jump to her heart's content into a pool without the joint damage.
