Does anyone near Cochella recognize her? She threw puppies in a trash dumpster

The milk production tapers off, it doesn't stop all at once.

And I'm absolutely enraged. I hope someone finds her fast.

with her babies. I just don’t understand the heartless cruelty of some people. Must have the same genes as Trump. I could see him doing something like this, or telling one of his lackeys to do it.

The area that these pups were found in?

Take a good look at the first pic...98-04 Jeep CJ7 Renegade, White with Black interior, Black soft top and what appears to be out of state plates (that looks like a custom front plate not a Cali plate).

I'll bet someone with a few "skills" could enhance and blow up that first pic so one could read that front plate.

Then she should be put in a baggie and thrown in the trash!

Edit to add:if you go look at the video you can almost make out the front plates
