I could probably eat 3 of them a day. It's a pretty well balanced meal too. 
...but they are OH so much better now. Damn Atkins! 
Ill just have to suffice with the bourbon, butter and bacon diet.
They are pre-made and last a few days in the fridge. Just pop 'em in the oven for 50 minutes.
Your BBB diet sounds pretty good though...
