... and two things from the "side dish 2" category - and also 2 deserts.
Where are the bread, salad, and soup options?

Ham and lobster, roasted pumpkin (a pumpkin is a squash and is cooked the same way), cranberry sauce, mixed berries and steamed corn. These foods were served at the First Thanksgiving.
