Chase the Ace. They caught right on. The only thing that tickled them more than sticking each other was sticking grandma. lol We had fun.
Anybody know any easy to learn card games? We play War, Go Fish, Uno, and rummy. I tried to teach them Fan Tan, but that didn't catch on.

I don't know if they are old enough, SkipBo is another favorite of mine, I am currently teaching my 6 yr old granddaughter.

(16,949 posts)with my Mom and mother-in-law, and a couple of other relatives. We were having hysterics. Actually, we had a blast every time we played it.
I don't think I've played SKipBo, but I've heard of it.
Thanks!

(7,809 posts)If they can read numbers up to 12, they can play it.
It requires a SkipBo deck.

(14,961 posts)so much fun, there must have been 10 or 12 of us, the evening ended with my aunt, accidently dislocating my other aunt's finger😳 Fun game, but it can get wild.

(16,949 posts)for awhile. The last big game we had, my little dog, barking hysterically, sprang at one of the players from under the table. We didn't know she was under the table, and she startled all of us. Sally did not get a spoon. And aside from that, there were a couple of minor injuries. We sure played rough for grown-ups!

(7,605 posts)I have always enjoyed Kings In The Corner. It's a multiplayer solitaire type card game with Kings high, Aces low.

(23,224 posts)Each player is dealt one card, face down. On dealer signal, everyone picks up their card WITHOUT looking at it, holds it to their forehead so everyone else can see it. Then everyone tries to guess if they have the high card or not, based solely on what other cards they can see. If they think they have the high card, they hold it; if they don't, they lay their card down to see. Last one to put his card down wins.

(16,949 posts)maybe we can try it over Christmas. We'll have a few guests who will play. Thanks!

(2,218 posts)and you can even turn it into a penny betting game.
You can play with one deck or if you have a lot of people playing, like 6 or more, add another deck!
