I wear pj bottoms but don a flannel shirt for borderline presentability in meetings. Definitely no bra though; that has been a real delight.

My meetings are with other teachers and groups of students, so informal is okay, but I love the visual!

...job is safe, but before the stay at home order she actually got dressed. Now she has her day sweats and night sweats ( clothes-wise)...so even tho her job didnt change her attitude did. Shes like..'why get dressed?' And my two teen grand daughters are doing the same....no clothes shopping for them! But one grand daughter texted me and would like me to buy her a subscription to a writing program..@ 110$ a year! Ok at least its not a video game....and she graduates in June (somehow)....

Every morning, that she gets up, showers and dresses, (a little less formally) is off to work and disappears into the spare bedroom/ office. I see her at lunch and at 5:00, I get the regular, "Hi, hon, I'm home" and she will come out of the office with a hot dinner being set on the table. We eat dinner and talk about what each other did today. Her stories are more interesting than mine, as the change or routine at her job has called all kinds of additional workplace drama.

She only has three more days of working at home before she retires next Wed. YEA!

We had plans for a big family celebration upon her retirement, but those plans have changed a little.....Now our next celebration will hopefully be a combination of retirement and living through the health crisis. Maybe by July when we also celebrate our 49th wedding anniversary.

11. I love that she has her own office and simulates a real workday.

I have fashioned a part of the kitchen for my office space. My husband used to have dinner ready in the evening as I straggled in the door, exhausted.

Now I make the meal after my 'work', which evokes little sympathy since I am merely "hanging out on the computer all day."

to use as my office.
This was because I was handling HIPPA files.

I wore yoga clothes most of the time, but there were some mornings that I just rolled out of bed and booted up the computer, made coffee and went right to work. I'd take my shower at lunch.

My habits have not changed with retirement
