Remember TV show He/She? With Richard Bejamin and Paula Prentiss? IIRC in 70s

I really liked it but remembered Timothy Hutton as He

Maybe because he was paired with Paula in movie Where the Boys Are

From bits I watched on YouTube show was not near as fun as I remembered

Isn't that often the case?

Connie Francis singing Where the Boys Are is still one of my favorite songs..
My children attended my old elementary school and I remember walking in with them on their first day and thinking "When did this building shrink?" The tv and movies I enjoyed as a kid were of a time and like me they haven't aged well....

Everyone who has been watching recently has had your reaction

I think it was just sort of this gothic thing that was all style, but no substance.

I remember a young Timothy Hutton in the 1980s movie Ordinary People. That was more than 10-15 years after He and She.

I never saw Where the Boys Are but Paula Prentiss is probably about 20 years older than Hutton.

I had a huge crush on him back in the day. I remember him from Ellery Queen Mysteries. His son Timothy looks a lot like him.

And I recall it. But you can’t go home again.

And I don’t how Timothy Hutton became a part of this discussion. He was 7 years old then, and was not a part of the cast (per IMDB). (Nor was Jim Hutton).

and Paula Prentiss spoke in that husky voice you would head to your bedroom and close the door for some "private time"...I mean-that's what I was told (Yeah that's the ticket!).
