BTW, it is a scam. After you "win" the trip, they ask you for your credit card number for "taxes" and such. Total phishing scam. Glad you hung up!

In the mid '80s, I was in college on the health insurance the campus offered (reasonable rate). I got an automated call where the first question was "Are you paying too much for health insurance?" In a deadpan voice, I responded "no". It continued with something like "Of course. To lower your rate enter your (list of information) at the tone." I had some really sick King Crimson on the turntable that I'd turned down to answer the phone. This was a pretty powerful stereo with equally powerful speakers. That's all I left after the beep.

The questions were printed on computer punch cards, I guess to make them more official looking. One question was: If guns were made illegal, do you think criminals and organized crime members would voluntarily give up their guns? I wrote in "Yes, I'm an optimist." Another question was: Do you think you have the right to protect yourself and your family from a viscious criminal attack? I wrote, "No, I'm a pacifist."
Of course the Congessman had a guest editorial the next week promoting our sacred 2nd amendment rights and stating that a recent poll conducted by his office found 98% of his constituents supported the right to bear arms.
