Meet the bird named Nico who likes to trick people into thinking he’s a baby stuck in a crate.

Footage captured on June 4 in Michigan shows the moment Mark Rosenthal explains that there is not a baby in his crate but his spoilt bird Nico.

''This is what I go through this every day and people think I have a crying baby out here I will show you it’s really just Nico. Nico, you are such a baby,'' Mark can be heard saying in the video.

“I have to explain to people walking by that I don’t have a child in a crate,” he said.

Mark runs the Animal Magic, Inc. one of the largest exotic rescue centres in America.

that require a lot of stimulation and interaction. If you wouldnt stuff your human baby into a little crate, you shouldnt do it with your parrot either!!!
