(3,396 posts)We have spent almost a year of our lives in Yellowstone, 3-7 days at a time. In 1995 they were re-introduced wolves to THE PARK in the Lamar Valley area. It was 2 years later before we saw & heard our first wolf. It literally takes your breath away. Beautiful, majestic animals that are so family oriented, and keep the ungulates on the move so they (the ungulates) can't destroy the willows and riparian areas like before.
The "sportsman" who want to destroy natural predators will never admit that Mother Nature (female reference here) is so much smarter than they could ever hope to be.
If I had to choose between a wolf eating an occasional cow or sheep or a tRump supporter, I'm for the wolf.
