It would be so easy for him to get stranded by high water, downed power lines, trees, etc. and then what's he going to do? Call for help? Walk out? Stay with the rig? No good answers.

It just seems to be a hazardous situation to put oneself in, experienced or not.

the eye now, but he's gonna be stuck for hours and the back side of Delta is coming. It looks miserable. He went outside the Jeep and got attacked by bugs hanging out in the eye. Ew. At least he said he has plenty of gasoline, water, & food. What about a Port-a-Potty?

They are in serious trouble -- they are lucky the storm blew off the gate so they could find the ramp. Says lots of bugs in the car and they're back in the eye about to launch a drone.

Some network will soon pick this up before it gets dark. One of them said the car is cull of bugs.

He's at some sort of school district building - like a sports arena? - that is high up on massive concrete pillars. He currently has his car parked onto the ramp of it. The top of the rampbis blocked by one of those machines that cleans the floor/ice after hockey. There's a similar building next to him with another vehicle parked on the ramp.

There are two buildings with ramps. There is another vehicle parked next to the building where this dude is parked. It's either another storm chaser/his team member or possobly a service vehicle.
