What is going on?...About What?

I would appreciate it if someone could tell me what is going on?...Is what is going on true or false, or just some kind of late night movie, that comes on at 1am and ends at 4am with lots of commercials and a story that no one believes... Fill me in with your ideas no matter what they are...I need as much help as possible..
