Are there businesses you can hire for drive-by celebrations?

If there isn't, maybe it'd be a good idea to start up. Might not last long, but it might be a popular service.

I ask because it's my daughter's birthday today and she lives away from here. We are going to do a zoom later, but I thought it'd be fun to have a birthday parade

but a lot of musicians are hurting for work right now. You could contact some musicians (maybe look them up online) and see how much it would cost to get a band to go to your daughter and play for a little while. It would cost you some money, but I don't know, maybe you're loaded. If so, congratulations!

He pulled up to the driveway and set up a mic and a couple speakers outside his car. It was a great party on the lawn and driveway with mostly invited neighbors and friends.

My family was hit hard by the Covid shut down so this was an attempt to give us some work/income. But, of course, my husband didn't like the work it involved or the amount he felt he could charge for it. After years of full time, good paying gigs, it just wasn't for him.

I still think it could be a good business for musicians willing to put in the work. It would require an affluent area, I think, and with weather permitting.

ETA: My girlfriend and I were very concerned with keeping the party fluid and moving, maintaining social distancing, and wearing masks. I couldn't be there but she said only she and my son kept masks on the entire time. So that is something to be considered for anyone involved in such a party.
