Well fuck

My boss's wife, who works here with us, was exposed to someone with COVID-19. She is not symptomatic and doesn't think she needs to get a test unless she is We're all pretty spaced out, but she WILL NOT wear a mask and she WILL NOT get a vaccine. She won't get a flu shot either.

Her husband, my boss, has the same beliefs, but he is obese, has high blood pressure and diabetes.

So no Christmas with my brother and niece. It was iffy anyway. We've been very careful.

One employee did who has a 96 year old grandmother. But I had already arranged to take off tomorrow through the 4th. Hopefully I'll be healthy. I sent an email to my doctor too.

Two weeks after her last shift on the wound care clinic a patient came who, it turns out had Covid. Despite all the protective gear that all the workers in the clinic had on, everyone of them came down with Covid. My SIL dodged a bullet.

I imagine they will go to some big Christmas program. Hopefully they'll have the good sense to wear masks, but they probably won't.

They keep on saying "it's just like the flu". Well, 1) it ISN'T just like the flu for everyone 2) my boss is high risk for complications. So I say, why take the risk? Well, they said God already knows when and how they will die, so all the PPE is pointless.

WHATEVER!
