I know she can do covers better than anyone, but here is Sharon den Adel covering a Tori original - Crucify, and it is amazing 
I love Within Temptation for this reason.
Clarification - I've been to see Tori Amos 7 times, in multiple cities (Orpheum in New Orleans in 1990 was the best - it got destroyed by Katrina). Sharon den Adel does it amazingly.
