Othello climbs on me when I am sitting down in the bathroom.. but he's not a shoulder cat.

I would love to get a shoulder cat.

I have cats I can put on my shoulder like you are burping a baby but it's not the same thing

almost knocking me over. It was like being hit with a 15 pound sack of potatoes! It seemed like a good idea when he was a kitten. He really liked the view from up there!

If I put Inky on my shoulder (like burping a baby), she would crawl over to my back, and if I leaned forward a little, she would crawl down my back and lay down! As long as I would stay hunched over, she would lay there and purr. More than once she even curled up and went to sleep! But not for long, because I couldn't stay hunched over for a long time.
