I believe that when it comes to dessert, you can't go wrong with something made w/ lemon.
That's all

(17,288 posts)They are like baby Bundt cakes. They are delicious. The Red Velvet ones are good also as well as the strawberry cake. My favorite though are the lemon donuts. A little pricey but they make a wonderful treat.

(13,582 posts)I recently took up baking. One of those lemon cakes with lemon frosting, or cupcakes will be coming up one of these days.

(22,252 posts)If the pudding cake is baked in a regular 2 quart casserole pan, the cake top is about an inch high and fairly dense
If it is baked in a souffle dish, it becomes a souffle. My family calls it "the lemon thing". Our daughter specifically asked me to bring my souffle dish out to Arizona because she was craving it. I told her I could use the casserole dishes and she would have no part of that - she wanted the tall fluffy version
Found recipes for lemon lava cakes on Pinterest. They look really good
Of course lemon bars totally rock

(21,866 posts)I am not a lover of chocolate and, let's face it, a lot of desserts are chocolate. So I love when I find a nice lemony dessert (or salad for that matter). I love lemons.
I used to make a fantastic lemon-lime bread that was in an old cookbook (that I no longer have- The New York Times Bread and Soup Book) . I cannot find the recipe any more. Damn, why did I throw the book out without at least cutting out some of my favorites?
