Have you noticed that many websites have removed their Contact Us option. In some cases, there's not even an @ or # for contacting them via Twitter or Instagram. And I don't necessarily want to contact them in such a public forum.
I wanted to contact Harper Audio to let them know that a new narrator is, well, not awful, but not notable and definitely worse than the previous narrator. It seems I can only contact them via social media. Then I went to the author's site. Same thing.
Other websites no long include phone numbers or emails, but rather demand that you use their chat app on the site. This never works.
I guess I understand this. Communication these days generally consists of ranting and threatening. All I wanted to do is tell them how I felt about their change of narrator. No hate, no threats, just a comment. No can do.
Still bugs me.
