You just need to add enough vodka and Tabasco to it. Then it tastes just fine. HopeHoops Jul 2012 #8

I am trying to drink 2 or 3 glasses every day. Lots of potassium, and it just tastes so good. I use the low-sodium variety.

I tried to make it with a juicer a coupla times. Parsley juice is so GORGEOUS an emerald-green
that I think I always made/included too much... and it's very, very bitter.

Fine dice a bunch of differing vegetables -- I use carrots, bell pepper, radishes, parsley, celery leaves etc. -- stir into V-8 and add a touch of Tabasco, a glug of olive oil, some black pepper. Serve with an ice cube floating in it and some sliced avocado. So aromatic, and so cooling!
