The waiter calls it the most traditional beef pho. Can’t remember what the menu lists it at.

Given my druthers I’ll go for Ramen over pho, but love them both.

We finally got a place in Orlando that makes authentic Shanghai soup dumplings. They might be my favorite Asian food. Ate a ton of them in Shanghai 5 years ago and had been missing them.

I eat Asian food out more than any other. Probably because I am actually a good cook and can do a good job on any European food. But with few exceptions don’t have the knack for Asian food. It can be very difficult to do correctly. The technique is challenging. To me anyway.

The place I go has like more traditional Texas based meats. Tendon, brisket, meatball, oxtail. They have a mega Texas bowl that gives you everything and extra broth and noodle.

But yes Asian is the best. And I'm an awful cook

20. BEST hamburger EVAH

Chili's. 1/2 lb of lean beef, (grilled) Mushrooms and Swiss with sauteed onions, extra garlic aioli, lettuce, tomato, applewood bacon on a Brioche bun. Fries on the side. About $14 and worth every penny!

My God, this is a good burger!
