(24,126 posts)...nursing school. Chicken flavor. I liked to get it nice and crispy by cooking it longer than recommended - so I had to practically scrape it out of the pan. I guess I could call that almost caramelized rather than nearly burnt.
50 years ago, and I can still remember how it tasted.

(5,484 posts)I'd get a package of chicken hearts, and a package of chicken livers, then sautee them together with a little oil, then add them to the pan when making the RaR.
I could make a full meal of that.
