(14,811 posts)So the answer is The Marcels, Sam Cooke & Bobby Vinton all sang 'Blue Moon'. It caught my attention as I thought it was pretty unusual to hear three versions of the same song in a movie.
There were a lot of really cool things about that movie that were kind of groundbreaking at the time. The makeup & special effects for sure. The "dream within a dream" sequence in the hospital is one of my favorite cinematic moments of all time - because it was so shocking & unexpected. The British actors were all new to me except the nurse (I'd seen in 'Logan's Run' ) & they were all fantastic. The humor! Not only the dialog but the physical humor as well. And the monster. The best werewolf ever & the fact they kept it offscreen or in brief glimpses until the reveal & then it like became a whole different movie.
Anyway, Blue Moon
