On edit, I've come up with the following:
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup nut butter (Looks like oozy peanut butter with some nuts)
1/2 cup ground flax seed (Trader Joe sells it already ground)
1/3 cup honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup raisins (or mini chocolate chips)
Spray tray with coconut oil or place parchment sheet on cookie tray
Roll into small balls (Smaller than golfballs) Yields about 20.
Put tray in freezer for 30 minutes to firm up.
This is a great link if you're looking for variety.
