I recommend From You Flowers

I recently got to travel. One daughter found plane tickets for me, and took me to the airport and back on our end of the trip so I could visit my other daughter. The girls wanted to pay for the ticket, but I wouldn't let them. I decided to fly, because I thought it would be a little more convenient. I spent several days with my other daughter and son-in-law in their idyllic Maine camp, and they also picked me up and dropped me off at the airport at their end of the trip.
Neither daughter would take money for gas or groceries, so I ordered flowers for each of them using From You Flowers. I ordered a bouquet to be delivered Wed. to one daughter, and the other to be delivered today to my other daughter who lives nearby. The bouquet delivered yesterday is really nice and lovely. My daughter sent a picture. I was at my daughter's house when the flowers were delivered today, and they were disappointing. One flower was rotted off the stem, and the other flowers weren't fresh. Some petals had already fallen. I took some pictures and contacted customer service at From You Flowers when I got home, and told them I was disappointed. I have already gotten a reply apologizing and saying they'll replace the order, with no charge. I've order from them several times the last 2 years and the flowers have always been lovely, and long-lasting. I'm really glad that their customer service was so nice and easy to work with. I just wanted to compliment them while I was thinking of it 
I can only think of a couple of times over the years that I was disatisfied with product or service and the company we dealt with at the time didn't make it right. I am lucky that most companies do it right the first time, or else make sure they fixed any problems we complained of. I'm happy that I can add From You Flowers to my list of places I'll use again.
