I don't eat a lot of desserts, but the rest look good for a once a year thing. I probably would really like the hot dish one, and the angel hair one.

Quite a while back at the KS state fair, fried-butter-on-a-stick was a thing. A stick of butter was wrapped with cinnamon roll dough, then fried. I never tried it but I heard, and don't doubt, it was delicious. The butter melted and thoroughly infused the cinnamon roll on the stick.
