Name an awesome movie that has a surprise twist ending (no spoilers!)

Hi guys - I love movies with surprise twists, and especially when it's a surprise ending. It's the payoff we get for giving the movie our close attention for up to 2 hours. The problem is, once you see the movie and get blown away by the surprise twist, you can't talk about it, because then you'll ruin it for everybody else.

Without telling us what the surprise is, name a great movie so we can watch it and enjoy it.

My entry is an oldie but goodie ... "The Usual Suspects"

Pootie Tang is a Chris Rock movie. It's funny.

The clip I showed was Scary Movie 3, a spoof on horror and sci-fi movies. About 1:20 into it the aliens mentioned that they thought they wre watching Pootie Tang, but got the Ring instead. There's 5 of them, but Scary Movie 5 sucks. I think they used different writers.

"No Way Out" with Kevin Costner, Gene Hackman and Sean Young,

From IMDb:

Tom Farrell is a navy officer who gets posted at the Pentagon and is to report to the secretary of defense David Brice. He starts an affair with Susan Atwell not knowing that she is Brice's mistress. When Susan is found dead, Tom is assigned to the case of finding the killer who is believed to be a KGB mole! Tom could soon become a suspect when a Polaroid negative of him was found at Susan's place. He now has only a few hours to find the killer before the computer regenerates the photo.
